[Appetizer] Rape blossoms with white sauce, turnip and yuzu sauce, sesame tofu, simmered Japanese black beef, sea bream marinated in kelp

[First bowl] Lotus root soup

[Sashimi] Red tuna, white fish, red snapper, and a set of sashimi served with homemade Tosa soy sauce

[Stew] Seasonal stew

[Medium plate] Butter-fried abalone, foie gras, grilled vegetables, candied sweet potato

[Steamed dish] Turnip and milt, Jikoku Kudzu mochi cooked in the snow

[Vinegared food] Uzak

[Meal] Domestic live eel on rice
