Rice and eel are placed in a hot stone bowl and mixed together to create a charred eel rice that can then be enjoyed with condiments or dashi tea.The first bowl is a bowl of unadon.Add condiments to the second cup.For the third bowl, pour dashi over it and enjoy it as ochazuke.This is a way to enjoy large grains that is unique to them.
