Rice and eel are placed in a hot stone bowl and mixed together until the eel is charred. The charred eel rice can then be enjoyed as ochazuke with seasonings and broth.The first bowl is a bowl of unadon.For the second bowl, sprinkle some condiments on top.For the third bowl, sprinkle some condiments on it, pour some dashi stock over it and enjoy it as ochazuke.This is one of the unique ways to enjoy eel at Daikoku.
